We're working hard to ensure the impacts of CV19 on our service are minimised, however there are some changes.


All order and enquiry response times are currently longer than normal, this is because as part of our normal running we work with a number of emergency services to provide kit, and additionally in this current crisis our team are working hard to help provide necessary items to the NHS for frontline workers.
We hope you agree that it is right that these orders are prioritised to ensure these workers can stay safe while they work to help others. The team are still working to process your orders and answer enquiries as fast as possible, but we would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding at this time.


How Can I Get in Touch?
We still have a small team available to help with your queries, the best way to contact us is to email enquiries@keela.co.uk We'll do our best to respond to you as soon as possible, but please note that due to the smaller team you may need to wait a little longer for a response.


Can I Still Place an Order?
Yes!
You can continue placing orders as normal on this website, and this will be processed as soon as possible. As we also work with emergency services we are prioritising their orders at this time so that frontline workers have all of the kit they need to keep working, so there may be a delay in delivery, but we're working to process your orders as soon as possible.


I Haven't Had an Order Confirmation?
Unfortunately our system does not send automatic order confirmation emails - so don't worry if you haven't had one yet. You should receive a confirmation within 1 working day, but this may take a little longer depending on how busy it is. If you haven't had a confirmation you can email us at enquiries@keela.co.uk and the team will check this for you.


Where is My Order?
While we are prioritising emergency services orders there may be a delay in your order being processed. You should receive an email with tracking information for your order once this has been sent, but if you haven't received this or if you have had a confirmation but haven't received your order within 1 working week, send us a quick email and the team can check this for you. Your delivery may take a little longer than normal as the couriers we work with are also implementing additional measures to ensure safety of their staff as well as all customers, including 'contactless' deliveries.


Can I Return my Item/s?
We are still accepting items for return, and have extended our returns period. As we currently do not know when the lockdown will be lifted, and appreciate certain vulnerable customers may still be required to stay home after this, we would urge customers as soon as possible to send us an email to enquiries@keela.co.uk to let us know you would like to return items - we will then contact you once the lockdown has been lifted to arrange for your items to be sent back.
