BBC Countryfile Magazine:- "This is the lightest in Keela's range of System Dual Protection garments, a belt-and-braces approach to breathable waterproof jackets that has been hailed by Mountain Rescue Teams and Military users around the world. Keela maintains that the dual waterproof layer and air gap in between means you will remain dryer inside than if you're using a conventional single-layer system.
There's certainly nothing much about the Cumulus to cloud your judgement. It offers excellent performance, and great value for money. A raining champion, no less!"
Customer Feed-back:- '' I've worn the Cumulus extensively (almost daily for the last 8 months), in that time I reckon this zip has been used over 1,000 times and I've not been overly delicate with it. You may not relate to this, but I wear it as part of my motorcycle kit, I've spent thousands over the years on dedicated 'waterproof' bike gear that never remained 'waterproof' for long, or comfortable when the outer layers become sodden (as they do). This Autumn/Winter and Spring I've been wearing the Cumulus over a light 'mesh' armoured summer jacket (the bike jacket being totally inappropriate for Winter use) and it's been an absolutely perfect combination. It's been superb in both high speed torrential downpours and sub zero temperatures, and dires in minutes, rather than (typical bike jacket) hours. At the other extreme, when I get of the bike and pop into a warm shop I don't overheat, the breathability is superb.
Your dual layer system is a winner.
