Where can I buy Keela gear?
Our gear is available in good outdoor clothing and equipment retailers around Britain. See our Stockist List to locate the nearest store to you or simply buy on line now! Most of our retailers have a special order program in place that allows you to purchase the specific product for your needs, even if the retailer does not normally carry it. If we have the items you are looking for in stock, we will be more than happy to work with the retailer to get the product to you.

Guarantee
Keela is so confident of its manufacturing quality that it guarantees all its products with a two year guarantee, this extends to three years for our System Dual Protection range.
Any item with a defect of material or workmanship will be replaced, repaired or refunded at the discretion of Keela for the period of the guarantee.
Thereafter products damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge.

Who designs and tests Keela gear?
All design and manufacture of Keela garments is done in-house. Testing is carried out in stages to guarantee that every Keela garment is made to the highest standard possible.
Our fabric technology is tested in laboratory conditions (link to System Dual Protection). Only when a fabric passes the first series of tests do we make up prototype garments. These are tested by the outdoor experts, both professional and amateur in the intended environment. This process along with your feedback allow Keela to continue revising and developing our product range season after season.

How can I obtain a Keela catalogue/Is there a mailing list?
Keela produce a catalogue every year containing the best sellers of the Keela range. A pdf version of this catalogue can be downloaded from our website (English only). To be part of the Keela mailing list, please register with Keela on this site.

Returning Goods?
In the event of a problem and you wish to return a garment, the set criteria below must be followed:-

• Garments must be washed/cleaned and dried – due to Health and Safety any garment that is deemed dirty will be returned unexamined.  Enclose a letter explaining the problem including the exact location of the problem.
• Please include full contact details: name, mailing address, email, tel no, and mobile.
• Please send by registered post or a courier company with adequate insurance.

(Keela will not be responsible for lost packages.)
